CNC Lathes
1. Advanced Design
Our CNC lathes, such as the TCK50AY – 800 slant-bed CNC lathe, feature innovative designs. Equipped with C-axis and Y-axis, they can achieve complex machining operations. For example, when processing parts with planes and grooves, after turning, the Y-axis can drive the milling cutter to perform slot milling without the need to change equipment, thus meeting diverse processing requirements.
2. High Precision
The C-axis enables the workpiece to be accurately rotated to a specified angle, and when combined with the tool for milling or turning, it can ensure the indexing accuracy of teeth. The error can be controlled within a very small range, usually up to ±0.001°, greatly improving the machining accuracy in the circumferential direction of the parts. The machine tool spindle accuracy can reach 0.003mm, and the slider fine-tuning is controlled by a micrometer, with a size control accuracy of up to 0.005mm. The spindle speed ranges from 2000 - 8000RPM.
3. High Efficiency
The CNC lathes can be equipped with a manipulator automatic loading and unloading system, achieving true full automation operation. The processing speed is fast, and complex parts can be processed in one go. The cam-controlled processing process allows for high production efficiency. The cam rotates one revolution to complete one processing cycle. The cam speed can be adjusted from 1.0 - 36 revolutions per minute according to different processing parts, and about 30 parts can be processed per minute. With 5 tools capable of simultaneous cutting, the processing efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary CNC lathes and instrument lathes.
Vertical Lathes
Our vertical lathes are characterized by a robust structure and high load-bearing capacity. They can handle large-diameter workpieces with high precision. The integral base and advanced guide rail design ensure stable operation during processing, reducing vibration and improving the surface finish of the workpiece.
Grinders
1. Plane Grinders: Our plane grinders can achieve high flatness of the workpiece surface. The grinding wheel spindle adopts high-precision bearings, ensuring stable operation and accurate grinding. They are suitable for grinding various flat workpieces in industries such as mold manufacturing and mechanical parts processing.
2. External Cylindrical Grinders: These grinders are designed to precisely grind the outer diameter of cylindrical workpieces. With advanced control systems, they can achieve tight tolerance control, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. The workpiece rotation and grinding wheel movement are precisely coordinated to obtain a smooth surface finish.
3. Centerless Grinders: Take our FX - 18S high-precision centerless grinder as an example. It has a wide processing range, with a standard diameter processing range of Φ1 - 60mm (customizable up to 100mm). The grinding wheel size is Φ455x205XΦ228.6mm, and the adjustment wheel size is Φ255X205XΦ111.2mm. The grinder has a high grinding wheel speed of 1500RPM and an adjustable adjustment wheel speed from 0 - 250RPM. It can perform both through-feed and plunge grinding. Through-feed grinding is suitable for grinding long and slender cylindrical workpieces, as well as short shaft and sleeve workpieces without center holes. Plunge grinding is used for grinding workpieces with shoulders, bosses, cones, spheres, or other rotating workpieces.
