We prepare a preliminary 3D model, technical specification sheet, and a project quotation. Feedback loops refine the design until approval.

Prototyping & Testing
A functional prototype is built and tested in-house. We share testing videos and inspection data. You can request a sample machine for your own trials.

Upon prototype approval, we proceed with mass production. Your logo, color scheme, user manual, and packaging are applied exactly per branding guidelines.

Quality Inspection & Shipment

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity for OEM lathe grinders?
A: Our MOQ is flexible. For initial OEM branding, we can start as low as 5 units to validate the market. For full ODM projects, we usually begin with a prototype and then agree on a first production batch (typically 20+ units).
Q2: Can you build a grinder based on a competitor's sample?
A: Yes. We can reverse-engineer from a physical sample or reference pictures/videos. However, we strongly suggest design improvements to avoid patent infringement and to enhance performance.
Q3: Who owns the intellectual property for ODM designs?
A: You do. All design files, CAD drawings, and developed technologies are transferred to you upon project completion. We sign an NDA and IP assignment agreement at project start.
Q4: Do you provide after-sales support for custom-branded machines?
A: Absolutely. We can offer end-user technical support directly under your brand name, or we can train your service team. Spare parts are guaranteed available for at least 5 years.
Q5: What export certifications do you offer?
