The ANTISHICNC FX-18S center less grinder's spindle is constructed from high-grade Japanese SNCM-21H alloy steel, offering high precision and rigidity. The automatic lubrication circulation system utilizes high-quality spindle oil, which is temperature-controlled in the oil tank and filtered through two oil filters. The customer's processing requirements were as follows
1.The machine needed to grind nylon PA-66 rods to precise dimensions that met the customer's specifications. Because these rods are relatively long and have a small outer diameter, they tend to be somewhat flexible. Our equipment needed to address this issue.
2.The ground nylon rods needed to achieve the customer's required surface finish, as these rods would be inserted into GRE pipes, and a smooth surface would prevent any insertion issues.
3. The customer wanted to know if our machine could taper one end of the nylon rods. What was the required run time per rod to achieve the finished product? The customer's processing parameters were as follows:
