Centerless Bar Grinding Machine

It adopts the principle of Centerless bar grinding machine. The workpiece is placed between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel and supported by the support plate, without the need for center centering. The grinding wheel rotates at high speed to provide grinding force, and the guide wheel rotates in the same direction at low speed to drive the workpiece to rotate. Axial or radial feeding is achieved by tilting the guide wheel axis or moving the frame. It can flexibly complete through grinding (suitable for slender parts, short shafts without center holes, etc.) and plunge grinding (suitable for special workpieces such as shoulders and cones).

In terms of technical parameters, the grinding range covers workpieces with a diameter of φ5-φ50mm and a length of 145-200mm; the grinding wheel speed reaches 1300r/min, the guide wheel is 10-290r/min continuously variable, with ±5mm axial displacement and multi-angle adjustment to meet various processing needs. The feed accuracy is 1μm, the working roundness is 0.001mm, and the roughness is Ra0.16μm, ensuring ultra-high processing accuracy.
