The Small centerless grinder's body and key components are cast with FC-30 high-grade cast iron, treated with artificial normalizing and natural aging, and processed with one-time clamping by world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, etc., with micron-level precision, laying the foundation for high rigidity and long-term stability.

The spindle is original from Taiwan, made of SNCM-21H alloy steel, tempered, carburized and computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, with a surface hardness of ≥HRC-62°, a single-side effective hardened layer of ≥1.5mm, and a dynamic oil film design that greatly improves grinding accuracy and durability.

The drive system is driven by a Taiwan Delta stepless speed motor to drive the adjustment wheel spindle. The FX-12S speed regulation is 0-320rpm digital control, and the speed can be flexibly set to match the optimal linear speed, and remain constant when the outer diameter of the adjustment wheel changes. The servo motor is innovatively installed in the adjustment wheel box and driven directly by the synchronous belt, avoiding the disadvantages of traditional chain transmission and reducing maintenance costs.

In terms of lubrication and cooling, the spindle automatic lubrication and hydraulic dressing device share the oil pump, and the external oil tank is convenient for cleaning and oil change; the circulating oil is filtered by a double oil filter and equipped with a pressure controller, and the dual-circuit cooling system ensures the constant temperature of the spindle oil, effectively extending the life of the spindle.

The electrical system adopts Japan Fuji circuit, which is beautiful, durable and easy to operate. The enlarged electric box height optimizes the operating experience, while enhancing heat dissipation to ensure stable operation of the Small centerless grinder.
