Introduction
Swiss style lathe can easily handle the processing of bars with a diameter of Φ26mm. Depending on the type of guide sleeve, the processing length can be flexibly adjusted - the maximum length is 220mm when the guide sleeve is fixed, and the rotating guide sleeve (optional) is adapted to 180mm. The guide sleeve-free mode can also meet the needs of short parts. The spindle and radial power tool work well together, and drilling, tapping and other processes are completed in one go, without the need for frequent tool changes, making the processing of complex parts smoother.
In terms of performance, swiss style lathe has both the confidence of "fast", the spindle speed can reach 10000r/min, and the fast movement is light and neat; it also has the strength of "stable", with a spindle runout of 2μm and a repeat positioning accuracy of 3μm, ensuring stable processing accuracy. The Meehanite cast iron bed has been specially treated and is very rigid. With an oil-cooled spindle, it is not easy to "fatigue" even after working for a long time.
