Introduction
- In terms of processing capabilities, the swiss type automatic lathe performs well, with a maximum processable bar diameter of Φ12mm and a spindle through-hole diameter of Φ16mm, which is suitable for raw materials of different specifications. Depending on the type of guide sleeve, the processing length can be flexibly adjusted: the maximum is 2.5D (maximum 30mm) when there is no guide sleeve, the fixed guide sleeve can reach 180mm, and the rotating guide sleeve is 60mm, which meets the requirements of various workpiece lengths. The maximum clamping diameter of the back spindle is Φ12mm, and both the main and back spindles can achieve Φ7mm drilling and M6 tapping. The radial power tool supports Φ6mm drilling and M5 tapping, which can easily complete the integration of complex processes.
- In terms of performance, the swiss type automatic lathe main and back spindle speeds are both 12000r/min (8000r/min for the rotating guide sleeve), the radial power tool speed is 6000r/min, and the fast moving speeds of 30m/min for the X1/Z1 axis and 24m/min for the X2/Z2 axis greatly improve the processing efficiency. The spindle runout is ≤0.002mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy is ≤0.003mm, ensuring micron-level processing quality.
- The configuration adopts Taiwan's new generation dual-channel CNC system (optional Mitsubishi system upgrade), which is accurate and efficient in operation. The high-precision oil-cooled spindle is equipped with imported angular contact bearings, and the Meehanite cast iron bed and slide are aging-treated, with excellent rigidity and stability. The entire axis adopts servo-driven high-precision ball screws and guide rails, combined with the fast switching guide sleeve design to meet different processing requirements. The compact vertical double-row tool holder integrates radial power tools, and an optional bar feeder can be used to achieve automated production.
The power configuration of the swiss type automatic lathe is reasonable, with 1.5kW for the main and back spindles, 0.75kW for the linear drive axis and radial power tool, 1800kg in weight and dimensions of 2100×1100×1700mm. While saving space, it provides a stable and reliable solution for the mass production of small precision parts.
