Introduction
Designed for versatility, the Q35Y-50 55 ton ironworker integrates multiple processing functions into one robust machine, including:
1. Punching
Round, square, and oblong holes in flat bars, steel plates, angle steel, C-channels, and H-beams.
2. Shearing
Flat bars up to 750 × 30 mm, angle steel (90° up to 200×200×20 mm, 45° up to 120×120×10 mm), round bars (Ø80 mm), square bars (65 mm), C-channels (320×92×12 mm), and I-beams (320×130×10 mm).
3. Notching
High-precision rectangular (60×100×20 mm), standard and large V-notching (up to 145×145×15 mm).
4. Forming
Single Vee press brake (250×24 mm), multi Vee brake (700×8 mm), and pipe joint notching for Ø100 mm tubing.
- Built with Q345 steel frame, the 55 ton ironworker features a professionally engineered structure with high rigidity and vibration resistance. It is equipped with two powerful hydraulic cylinders, an intelligent fault identification system, overload protection, and an electric back gauge with auto stop, enhancing operational safety and precision. The hydraulic fuel tank and frame are manufactured in-house to ensure quality control.
- Additional user-friendly features include a movable working light, stroke adjustment with ruler scale, indicator displays on both cylinders, and a large, ruled working table for shearing and notching.
