Equipped with a high-rigidity BMT45 power turret, supports ER25 power tool holders, provides 8-station or 12-station tool position selection, and realizes efficient tool switching and multi-directional processing. The Y-axis travel reaches ±45mm, which makes it more flexible and accurate in compound processing such as milling and side drilling.
• TCK50Y series Turn mill center machine supports 10-inch hydraulic chucks, with a maximum through-hole diameter of Φ86mm. It has strong bar processing capabilities and is suitable for automated loading and unloading needs. The guide rail adopts a linear guide structure with high motion accuracy and fast dynamic response. With a high-torque servo motor (X/Z torque is 15Nm, and the X-axis is equipped with a brake device), it can achieve a fast moving speed of 18 m/min, greatly shortening the auxiliary time. The tailstock is equipped with an MT5 taper hole and a large stroke design to ensure stable support for long-axis parts during processing.
