Introduction
- The maximum rotation diameter on the bed of this CK6160 series Fanuc cnc lathe is Φ600mm, and the maximum rotation diameter on the saddle is Φ395mm. The corresponding maximum machining lengths are 850mm, 1350mm, and 1920mm, respectively, and the center distance is 1000-2050mm, which can meet the processing needs of large workpieces. The spindle through-hole diameter is Φ82mm, equipped with a Φ380mm chuck (130 holes), using A2-11 spindle end form and metric 90# (1:20) taper hole, the maximum speed is 800rpm, and it is equipped with a 7.5KW main motor (optional 11KW), with large output torque to meet high-intensity cutting.
- The tailstock adopts ordinary hand-cranked type (hydraulic tailstock is optional), the sleeve diameter is Φ75mm, the inner hole is MT5# taper, and the stroke is 150mm, which ensures stable support of the workpiece. The tool holder is equipped with a 4-station electric tool holder as standard (6/8 stations are optional), suitable for □25×25mm tool rods, X-axis stroke is 330mm, Z-axis stroke is 1000-2000mm, fast moving speed is 6/8m/min, and the minimum setting unit is 0.001mm to ensure precise feeding.
