Introduction
- This CK6152E series CNC horizontal lathe of models has a maximum bed rotation diameter of Φ530mm, a maximum rotation diameter of Φ250mm on the slide, and a processing length of 825mm to 2825mm. Four center distances (1000/1500/2000/3000mm) can flexibly meet the processing needs of workpieces of different lengths. The spindle system is equipped with a high-precision spindle bearing group and has been dynamically balanced and assembled and tested. The spindle through-hole diameter is Φ90mm, which is suitable for the 10-inch hollow chuck pull tube diameter of Φ75mm, ensuring the high precision, low noise and strong rigidity of the spindle, which is suitable for high-demand processing of disc and shaft parts.
- The CNC horizontal lathe tool adopts GSK980TC3 CNC system, with domestic high-precision ball screw and special bearings for screw, to achieve X/Z axis fast feed speed of 6/8 m/min respectively, the minimum setting unit is 0.001mm, the processing response is fast, and the precision control is excellent. The guide rails and saddle guide rails are made of high-frequency hardened hard rails made of special materials, which are super hard and wear-resistant. The guide rails are equipped with scraping devices to effectively prevent iron chips and coolant corrosion and extend the service life of the machine tool.
CK6152E CNC horizontal lathe is also equipped with a 4-station electric tool holder, the standard tool installation size is 25×25mm, and it supports a variety of processing technology combinations. The tailstock adopts an ordinary manual structure, and a hydraulic tailstock can also be selected. The sleeve diameter is Φ75mm, the inner hole taper is MT5#, and the stroke is 150mm, which can meet the strong support requirements of long shaft parts. All lubrication points of the entire machine tool are equipped with a forced automatic quantitative lubrication system. When the lubrication is abnormal or the oil is insufficient, the system will automatically alarm to ensure stable and reliable operation.
