• The CK6152E series CNC horizontal lathe features a maximum swing diameter over bed of Φ530mm and a maximum turning diameter on the slide of Φ250mm, with processing lengths ranging from 825mm to 2825mm. Four center distance options - 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm - flexibly accommodate workpieces of varying lengths.
• The spindle system is equipped with a high-precision spindle bearing group, dynamically balanced, assembled, and rigorously tested. The spindle through-hole diameter is Φ90mm, compatible with a 10-inch hollow chuck pull tube (Φ75mm inner diameter), ensuring high precision, low noise, and strong rigidity for demanding disc and shaft part processing.
• The machine is powered by the GSK 980TC3 CNC system (with optional Fanuc, Siemens, or Huazhong systems available), paired with domestic high-precision ball screws and dedicated screw bearings. The X/Z axis rapid feed speeds reach 6/8 m/min respectively, with a minimum setting unit of 0.001mm for fast response and excellent precision control.
• The guide rails and saddle guide rails are made of high-frequency hardened hard rails from special materials, offering super hardness and wear resistance. Equipped with scraping devices, they effectively prevent corrosion from iron chips and coolant, significantly extending machine service life.
• The CK6152E is fitted with a 4-station electric tool holder (standard tool size 25×25mm), supporting a variety of machining process combinations. The tailstock features an ordinary manual structure with a Φ75mm sleeve diameter, MT5# inner taper, and 150mm stroke - with a hydraulic tailstock available as an option. All lubrication points are served by a forced automatic quantitative lubrication system that alarms automatically in case of abnormal lubrication or insufficient oil, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

The total motor power is 12-13kW, the net weight of the whole machine is 2900-4300kg, with reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance. It is an important equipment to improve the production efficiency and processing quality of enterprises.
