Introduction
The Horizontal Slant Bed Lathe machine's core performance parameters are impressive: a maximum workpiece swing diameter of 460mm and a maximum turning length of 500mm. An 8-inch chuck with a 56mm bar capacity ensures stable clamping of various small and medium-sized workpieces. X/Z axis travels reach 240mm and 540mm, respectively, with a rapid traverse speed of 20,000mm/min for both, significantly reducing idle time and improving machining efficiency. The spindle utilizes an A2-5 spindle nose with stepless speed regulation up to 3,500 rpm. The powerful 7.5kW spindle motor delivers powerful power, adapting to the cutting needs of workpieces of varying materials.
Precision and reliability are combined in a single machine: X/Z-axis positioning accuracy reaches 0.01mm, with repeatability of 0.005mm. 35mm-wide linear guides and 3210 (X-axis) and 4012 (Z-axis) ball screws ensure stable transmission and machining accuracy. The 8-station servo turret can clamp four tools (two square and two round), flexibly accommodating both 25mm square and 32mm round shank tools. A hydraulic tailstock (70mm quill diameter, 80mm stroke) facilitates machining of long workpieces, and the GSK988TA CNC system is user-friendly.
In addition, the Horizontal Slant Bed Lathe machine is equipped with a 3L lubrication pump and a 450W cooling pump to ensure long-term operation. Measuring 2700×2170×2000mm and weighing 3100kg, it operates on a 380V/50Hz power supply, making it a cost-effective choice for small- to medium-volume precision turning.
