Introduction
The maximum bed rotation diameter of this CK6165E series Flatbed CNC of models is Φ650mm, and the processing length can reach 2950mm. It has a strong processing range and adaptability. The maximum rotation diameter on the slide is Φ375mm, the center is up to 350mm, and the maximum workpiece diameter supports up to Φ650mm, which meets the efficient processing of large-diameter disc workpieces. Four center distance specifications (1000/1500/2000/3000mm) are optional to meet the diverse processing needs of users.

The spindle adopts the C11 standard interface, the through hole diameter is Φ105mm, supports large-diameter bar through-processing, and is standardly equipped with a Φ320mm manual three-jaw chuck. The spindle system is equipped with a high-precision bearing combination and is dynamically balanced to ensure low noise, high rigidity and excellent spindle accuracy under high-speed operation. The three-speed manual speed change design provides a wide speed range of 10~850 rpm to adapt to different cutting conditions for rough and fine machining.
The X/Z axis guide rails are both made of high-frequency hardened hard rail structure, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and maintains excellent accuracy for a long time. Equipped with high-quality ball screws (P3 level) and high-performance servo systems, the fast moving speeds are 4/5 m/min respectively, and the minimum setting unit is 0.0001mm, which effectively improves the processing efficiency and accuracy. |

The tailstock adopts a Φ100mm large-diameter sleeve with a stroke of 250mm and a taper hole of MT6#, which provides stable support and is suitable for high-precision machining of long shaft parts. Equipped with a standard 4-station electric tool holder, it supports the installation of 32×32mm tools, with fast tool change and stable structure, which improves the overall processing efficiency.
In addition, the CK6165E series Flatbed CNC is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system, which provides fixed-point and quantitative lubrication for the guide rails and screws, effectively reducing friction and wear, and automatically alarming in abnormal conditions to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
