Introduction
The slant bed cnc tool has excellent processing capabilities, with a maximum rotation diameter of Φ460mm on the bed, Φ260mm on the saddle, a center distance of 570mm, and a maximum processing length of 550mm. It can handle disc workpieces within Φ320mm. The spindle adopts A2-6 end form, with a through hole diameter of Φ66mm, suitable for 50mm bar stock and 8-inch hydraulic chuck, a maximum speed of 3500rpm, and an 11KW main motor. After precision assembly and dynamic balancing tests, it ensures high rigidity and low noise operation.
Slant bed cnc The core performance is reflected in the structure and configuration: it adopts a high-rigidity integral inclined bed design, equipped with Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear guide rails (X-axis MSA30E2SSR559, Z-axis MSA35S2SS1000), with a small friction coefficient, X/Z-axis fast moving speed of 18m/min, and a stroke of 200mm and 580mm respectively, with precise positioning. The 12-station tool holder has fast tool change, and the standard Y-axis power turret supports complex process integration; the wedge-shaped through-hole chuck can achieve rapid clamping of the workpiece through hydraulic drive with stable accuracy.
The equipment is equipped with FANUC oi tf CNC system with a minimum setting unit of 0.001mm to meet the needs of precision machining. The built-in volumetric lubrication pump realizes automatic lubrication to ensure the long-term operation of the guide rails and ball screws (X-axis 2810, Z-axis 3210); the chain plate chip conveyor and cooling system improve the cleanliness of the working environment. The net weight of the whole machine is about 2600kg, the size is 2600×1750×1750mm, and the structure is compact but stable
