This 7 feet lathe machine supports a maximum bed swing diameter of 400 mm and a turning length range of 1000 mm to 3000 mm, meeting the machining needs of workpieces of varying sizes. The CA6140 7 feet lathe machine not only handles internal and external cylindrical, end-face, and taper machining, but also supports up to 141 thread types (including metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads), truly achieving "one machine for multiple uses." The X/Z-axis feed range is wide, with microfeed, standard feed, and increased feed options available to meet diverse roughing and finishing needs.
The four-position toolholder with ±90° rotation allows for convenient tool changes and improved cycle efficiency. The tailstock is equipped with an MT5 taper bore and a large Φ75mm diameter sleeve for stability and reliability.
