Parrallel Lathe Machine

Parrallel lathe machine is highly adaptable to various machining requirements. It enables precise turning of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotational surfaces. It supports easy machining of 17 types of metric threads (0.5–9 mm), 32 types of imperial threads (2–38 TPI), as well as modular and diametral pitch threads. Additionally, it supports drilling, oil groove broaching, and other auxiliary processes, significantly improving workflow continuity by eliminating the need for frequent machine changes.

Despite its compact size (overall dimensions: 2340 × 900 × 1190 mm, net weight: 1600 kg), the machine delivers robust machining capabilities. It features a maximum swing over bed of 320 mm, maximum swing over tool post of 175 mm, and a center height of 160 mm, allowing for a maximum workpiece length of 750 mm, which fully covers the common size range for small to medium parts. The spindle features a #5 Morse taper, 40 mm spindle bore, and a speed range of 45–1980 rpm across 12 selectable steps. Powered by a 1.25 kW spindle motor, the parrallel lathe machine lathe provides both low-speed, high-torque cutting for hard materials and high-speed machining for improved efficiency with general materials.
