Equipment Introductions
This series offers exceptional versatility and robust process adaptability, supporting a wide range of large lathe machine operations, including external cylindrical, facing, grooving, boring, and internal taper machining, and is compatible with both high-speed steel and carbide tools. Spindle diameters of 105mm and 130mm are available, and with the D-11 or C-11 spindle noses, they support heavy-duty clamping and long-axis through-the-hole machining, expanding the machine's versatility. The 18-level spindle speed adjustment range covers 14~750rpm, ensuring smooth switching between low-speed heavy cutting and high-speed finishing during machining.
The CW-E series features a highly efficient feed system with a total of 144 thread types in metric, modular, and diametric pitch. It offers 72 vertical and horizontal feed options, and rapid feed rates of 4m/min (vertical) and 2m/min (lateral), significantly improving machining efficiency. The machine bed has been widened to 550mm and features an increased clearance swing area (maximum φ1400mm), providing ample space and stable support for large-diameter parts.
The tailstock features a large-diameter spindle (φ100/120mm) and a Morse No. 6 taper bore design, with a stroke of 240mm, meeting the needs of heavy-duty support and deep-hole machining. Combined with a powerful 11kW main drive motor and a highly rigid machine bed structure, the machine maintains excellent stability and vibration resistance even during high-load continuous machining.
The large lathe machine adopts a traditional horizontal layout, with an exterior design focused on operational safety and ease of maintenance. Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, it complies with international safety standards.
