The IK500 internal cylindrical grinding machine features an integrally cast machine bed that undergoes multiple artificial aging treatments to ensure high rigidity, strong vibration resistance, and long-term dimensional stability. Its flat and V-type combined guideway design enhances feed accuracy and prolongs service life. The Z-axis worktable utilizes plastic-coated guide rails to reduce friction and improve reciprocating sensitivity, while the servo-driven ball screw system guarantees smooth and precise longitudinal feed motion.

The workpiece spindle (headstock) adopts a high-precision sleeve-type spindle supported by front and rear high-precision bearings, delivering excellent rotational accuracy and load-bearing capacity. Driven by an AC variable frequency motor, the spindle speed is steplessly adjustable through an inverter, allowing optimized speed control for various materials and workpiece conditions. The standard C380mm three-jaw chuck ensures secure clamping, with optional custom fixtures available upon request.

The IK500 adopts a modular grinding tool structure, allowing quick changes between grinding spindles to accommodate different bore size ranges. It comes standard with:

• One rear grinding spindle (Model BSJ140-01) with a maximum speed of 4250 rpm
• Two front grinding spindles:
• One for Φ150–280 mm bores (max depth <500 mm)
• One for Φ250–500 mm bores (max depth <450 mm)
• Operators can easily switch between tools to match the target bore diameter.

The internal cylindrical grinding machine is equipped with automatic wheel dressing, automatic compensation, and CNC-controlled feed movements on both X and Z axes, ensuring consistent precision and efficiency. The X-axis adopts a dovetail guide structure with a fixed servo motor and ball screw mechanism, providing smooth lateral feed motion with high accuracy.
