The heavy lathe has a maximum bed swing diameter of 1250mm, a maximum workpiece weight of 8 tons, and a center distance range of 1.5m to 12m, accommodating heavy workpieces of varying sizes. The spindle bore diameter is 130mm, and the speed range is 3.15-315 rpm or 2.5-250 rpm. It can process a variety of metric and imperial threads, with rapid feed rates reaching 3400mm/min in the longitudinal and 1700mm/min in the transverse directions, respectively.
The heavy lathe tool adopts a traditional horizontal layout. Basic components such as the bed and spindle have been optimized and finely machined. Key components such as the spindle bearings are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands.
