Introduction
This CK5225B-16-15 double-column Vertical cnc turning has a maximum turning diameter of 2500mm and a maximum processing height of 1600mm. It is equipped with a 2250mm large-diameter high-rigidity workbench and can carry workpieces weighing up to 15 tons. The maximum output torque of the workbench reaches 63kN·m, and the speed range is 1-60 r/min, which meets the stable processing requirements of heavy cutting and complex contour workpieces. The main motor power is up to 55kW, with a strong power reserve to ensure long-term and efficient operation of the machine tool.
The left and right tool holders are reasonably configured, with the maximum cutting force of the right tool holder being 40kN and the left tool holder being 35kN. The lateral travel range of the tool holder is -50 to 1400mm, and the vertical sliding travel is 1200mm, which is suitable for roughing and finishing tasks of workpieces of various specifications. The tool holder adopts a stepless feeding system with a feeding speed range of 0.1 to 500 mm/min and a rapid moving speed of up to 2000 mm/min. Combined with a 30Nm high-torque servo feed motor, an efficient and stable processing rhythm is achieved.
The Vertical cnc turning is equipped with a 1250mm large-stroke beam with a beam moving speed of 350 mm/min. The lifting system is driven by a 7.5kW special motor with a stable structure and smooth lifting. The guide rail adopts a widened design, with a column guide rail width of 450mm and a beam guide rail width of 750mm, which effectively improves the static and dynamic rigidity and precision retention of the whole machine.
The Vertical cnc turning weighs about 37 tons and occupies an area of 9200×6800×4850mm. It has a compact structure, reasonable layout, and good seismic resistance and thermal stability.
