Introduction
This CNC vertical turning machine adopts a four-speed continuously variable speed system, with a worktable speed range of 2.5~40 r/min, and a powerful torque output of 45kN·m, which ensures the stability of the strong cutting process. The tool holder adopts a stepless feed design, with a maximum cutting force of up to 22kN, and with a high-rigidity beam and ram structure, efficient processing under heavy load is achieved. The beam has a large stroke of 1400mm, and the ram supports a lateral motion range of 1450mm and a vertical motion range of 1000mm, providing flexible processing space for a variety of complex surfaces and workpieces of different sizes.
