Equipment Introductions
The cnc vertical borer delivers powerful performance, driven by a 55 kW servo motor through a four-speed gearbox. The worktable provides a torque output of 63 kN·m and supports a spindle speed range of 2–63 r/min, enabling efficient rough and finish machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, flat surfaces, arcs, and complex rotational contours. The dual tool posts operate collaboratively, with the right tool post offering a cutting force of 50 kN and the left 45 kN. Combined with a large-section ram (260 × 260 mm) and 40 × 40 mm tool shank, the system ensures stable cutting support.
Cnc vertical borer In terms of precision control, the feed system uses a 30 N·m torque servo motor and provides stepless feed speeds ranging from 0.1 to 2000 mm/min, with rapid traverse speeds up to 2000 mm/min to maximize machining efficiency. The crossbeam has a travel range of 1250 mm and moves at 300 mm/min. A 750 mm wide guide rail design enhances overall structural stability, while the 1800 mm high rotary saddle increases machining flexibility. The machine occupies a footprint of 7.8 × 5.8 × 5.4 meters and weighs approximately 50.5 tons, offering a robust and reliable solution for medium to large workpiece machining.
