Introduction
In terms of machining range, the cnc vertical turning center machine has a maximum turning diameter of 1600mm and a maximum swing diameter of 1750mm. It can handle workpieces with a maximum height of 1200mm and a mass of 8000kg, meeting the machining needs of a wide range of medium and large workpieces. Its cnc vertical turning center machine X-axis travel ranges from -100 to 1650mm, and its Z-axis travel is 1000mm, providing ample space for workpiece machining. The worktable has a diameter of 1400mm and a spindle speed range of 1 to 260 rpm. It utilizes a two-speed mechanical gear system with continuously variable transmission. Coupled with a 37kW main motor, it offers powerful power and flexible speed regulation, with a maximum spindle torque of 22,000 Nm, making it capable of easily machining workpieces of varying materials. The milling spindle has a speed range of 1 to 2400 rpm and a 19kW motor. Combined with a BT50 toolholder, a P50T-I (MAS403) pull stud, and a 255×255mm ram cross-section, the machine's milling performance is further enhanced.
The cnc vertical turning center machine also offers excellent speed performance, with X/Z axis rapid traverse speeds of 9m/min each and a cutting feed rate of 1 to 2000mm/min. The crosshead has seven positioning positions and a maximum travel of 750mm, effectively improving machining efficiency. The 12-position tool magazine features automatic tool changer mode and is equipped with 40×40mm turning tools, making tool changes quick and easy.
In terms of precision, the X and Z-axis positioning accuracy is 0.025mm/1000, with a repeatability of 0.010mm/1000. The C-axis positioning accuracy is 8, with a repeatability of 5, ensuring high-quality workpieces.
