The working principle of the BK5030 CNC T slot machining is based on the reciprocating slotting motion under the control of the CNC system. The core is to achieve precision machining through the coordination of mechanical structure and automatic control:
Main motion drive:
Powered by a 3.7kw main motor, it drives the ram to do vertical reciprocating motion (the number of motions can be adjusted between 30-120 times/minute), and the tool installed at the lower end of the ram moves up and down with it to complete the slotting cutting of the workpiece.
Feed motion control:
The worktable (size 550×410mm) realizes horizontal feeding through the X and Y axis drive system. The torque of the two axis motors is 6N・M. With the FFZD3205-3/P4 ball screw drive, it ensures precise displacement within the 250mm (X direction) and 300mm (Y direction) strokes, and realizes the relative position adjustment of the tool and the workpiece.
CNC collaborative operation:
The operator sets the processing parameters (such as cutting depth, feed speed, ram stroke, etc.) through the CNC system, and the system automatically coordinates the reciprocating cutting motion of the ram and the feed motion of the worktable to complete the automated processing of complex surfaces such as keyways, splines, and planes, combining efficiency and precision.
