The Universal tool grinding machine's grinding spindle adopts a high-precision, synchronous, direct-drive frequency conversion electric spindle, equipped with dual grinding wheel flanges capable of mounting 2 to 4 grinding wheels. This allows for rapid switching between wheels according to different grinding requirements, meeting the diverse processing needs of various tool geometries. The A-axis (workpiece spindle) features direct-drive servo technology, SCHAUBLIN high-precision collet, and pneumatic automatic clamping, providing efficient and secure workholding.
The TG560 Universal tool grinding machine is equipped with a SYNTEC 210MA-5E 5-axis CNC control system and servo unit, integrated with a high-precision probe, PMI precision ball screws, and linear guideways to guarantee superior grinding accuracy and overall performance. The machine boasts a fully enclosed design, including a front sliding door and rear/side maintenance doors, and comes standard with an electronic handwheel, start/stop control buttons, foot pedal, automatic coolant system with filtration tank, automatic lubrication system, suction interface, alarm buzzer, and electrical cabinet air conditioner-ensuring both ease of operation and maintenance.
