This Q35YC-40 Shear and punch machine offers outstanding punching capabilities, supporting hole sizes up to 40 × 35 mm or 50 × 28 mm (diameter × thickness), and operates at up to 24 cycles per minute with a 20 mm stroke-ensuring both precision and efficiency in batch production. The maximum stroke length is 80 mm, allowing for versatile applications.
The Q35YC-40 Shear and punch machine is also equipped with powerful notching functions, including a 60 × 100 × 18 mm rectangular notcher, a 105 × 105 × 18 mm standard V-notcher, and a large 145 × 145 × 15 mm V-notcher for complex profile cutting.
When paired with special tooling, the machine functions as a press brake or pipe notcher, enabling single-V bending of up to 250 × 22 mm, multi-V bending of up to 700 × 8 mm, and pipe notching for joints up to ⌀100 mm-offering a truly multifunctional solution.
Built for stability and power, the Q35YC-40 Shear and punch machine features a working height of 1215 mm, a compact footprint of 1800 × 1080 × 2300 mm, and a robust net weight of 4800 kg. Driven by a 15 kW motor, it delivers strong, reliable performance for heavy-duty metalworking applications.
