The Punch shear machine boasts excellent punching capabilities, able to punch holes up to 35 × 25 mm or 50 × 18 mm (diameter × thickness), including round, square, and oblong hole types. With a 20 mm stroke, it achieves up to 26 cycles per minute. Its 500 mm throat depth is ideal for batch processing of small to medium-sized workpieces.

The notching function is equally capable, supporting rectangular notches (57 × 100 × 14 mm) and V-notches (105 × 105 × 13 mm and 145 × 145 × 12 mm), delivering precise results for irregular shape processing.

With dedicated tooling, the machine can be expanded for use as a press or bending machine, performing single-V bending on 250 × 20 mm workpieces, multi-V bending on 600 × 5 mm materials, and pipe end notching on tubes up to ⌀100 mm.

The Punch shear machine is designed for both convenience and efficiency, featuring a working height of 1065 mm for easy operation. It has a compact footprint with dimensions of 1600 × 800 × 2000 mm and a net weight of 2700 kg.
