This Punch and shear machine excels in punching performance, with a 750 mm throat depth designed for large workpieces. It efficiently handles punching operations on sheet metal, angle steel, C-channel, and I-beams, supporting various hole types including round, square, and oblong holes. It can punch up to 38 × 30 mm or 50 × 24 mm (diameter × thickness), achieving 25 cycles per minute at a 20 mm stroke-delivering both precision and efficiency.
The notching function is equally comprehensive, enabling accurate processing of rectangular notches (up to 60 × 100 × 16 mm) and V-notches (105 × 105 × 16 mm and 145 × 145 × 13 mm), meeting the needs of complex workpiece fabrication. With dedicated tooling, the Punch and shear machine can also serve as a press or bending machine, capable of performing single-V bending on 250 × 20 mm workpieces, multi-V bending on 700 × 5 mm materials, and pipe end notching on tubes up to ⌀100 mm-achieving true multifunctional processing in one unit.
The overall design emphasizes both practicality and stability. With a working height of 1170 mm, the machine offers easy and ergonomic operation.
