Introductions
Equipped with continuously variable and automatic speed shifting, the VMC machine center delivers high torque at low speeds, easily handling large cutting depths and large-diameter holes, adapting to diverse machining intensity requirements. The spindle head moves vertically along the column in the Z direction, the carriage moves vertically along the bed in the Y direction, and the worktable moves horizontally along the carriage in the X direction, providing precise and controllable motion along all three axes.
Core components such as the bed, worktable, carriage, column, and spindle box are all made of high-strength cast iron from Yunnan, crafted using a resin sand molding process and subjected to two aging treatments to eliminate internal stresses. Simultaneously, optimized design using SW and Ansys software significantly enhances the rigidity and stability of the components and the entire machine, effectively suppressing deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces and ensuring machining accuracy.
