Introductions
- The Cylindrical machine body and major components are made of high-grade FC-30 cast iron, subjected to artificial normalizing and natural aging treatments to eliminate internal stress and ensure long-term structural stability. Key components are machined in a single clamping process using world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB, achieving micron-level precision and ensuring the machine's exceptional accuracy.
- Equipped with the Siemens 828D CNC system and further enhanced through secondary development, the user interface is intuitive and powerful. The system supports a wide range of optional accessories including internal grinding attachments, automatic end-face measuring devices, and automatic outer diameter measuring systems, effectively meeting diverse machining requirements. The grinding spindle uses high-precision FAG bearings in a front-four/rear-two configuration, featuring a maintenance-free lubrication design that prevents metal-to-metal contact. With high rigidity and precision, the spindle supports a maximum linear speed of 65 m/s and up to 3500 RPM for high-speed grinding of special workpieces. A high-precision hydrostatic/hydrodynamic spindle is also available as an optional configuration for ultra-precision applications.
The Cylindrical machine's grinding wheel head feed system consists of a C3-grade precision ground ball screw and hand-scraped V-flat guideway, combined with an automatic lubrication system for smooth movement, excellent repeat positioning accuracy, and long service life. The system also supports rapid forward and reverse movement of the grinding wheel head to improve operational efficiency. The guideways and ball screws are continuously lubricated by an automatic lubrication system, and the independent cooling system is isolated from the main body to improve heat dissipation and reduce vibration.
The tailstock is robustly designed with a hardened alloy steel sleeve enclosed within a cast iron body, supporting an MT4 live center. The clamping force can be easily adjusted via the rear knob. A hydraulic tailstock with foot pedal operation is available as an option to facilitate quick loading and unloading of workpieces.
