Equipment Introductions
The MGK2860's vertical rotary surface grinder spindle system is equipped with NSK high-precision bearings and supports vertical and horizontal dual-spindle configurations. An optional high-precision hydrostatic spindle is available to further enhance machining stability and accuracy. The high-strength stepped crossbeam and full-contact base design provide excellent rigidity. Combined with imported SCHNEEBERGER high-precision guideways and FAGOR linear scales, the machine significantly improves dynamic response and positioning accuracy.
To achieve even greater system stability, the MGK2860 vertical rotary surface grinder features independent temperature control systems for several key components, including the oil supply system, torque motor, spindle, and cooling system, ensuring thermal stability even during long-term continuous machining. The worktable is equipped with a magnetic plate and an optional electro-permanent magnetic chuck to meet the clamping requirements of a variety of complex workpieces. The machine features a fully enclosed housing design and an optional high-efficiency oil mist collection system to optimize the working environment, enhance safety, and improve environmental performance.
