Brief introduction to the technical features of the machine
This vertical spindle surface grinder is a high-precision CNC vertical grinder with double slides and double grinding heads, X and Z, U and W axes linkage. Double grinding heads can be optionally equipped to participate in grinding at the same time. The horizontal movement of the left horizontal slide is the X axis, the vertical movement of the left vertical slide (on which the vertical grinding wheel spindle is installed) is the Z axis, the horizontal movement of the right horizontal slide is the U axis, the vertical movement of the right vertical slide (on which the horizontal grinding wheel spindle is installed) is the W axis, and the rotary movement of the worktable is the C axis. This vertical spindle surface grinder can process large precision disc sleeve parts, and can complete the inner hole, outer circle and end face grinding in one clamping. The maximum diameter of the part can reach 2100mm and the maximum height can reach 550mm. The machine tool design has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision, which can meet the needs of precision parts processing.
