Product Introduction
Its small shaper machine working principle is based on the coordinated mechanism of "main motion + feed motion": the main motion is manifested as the reciprocating linear motion of the tool or workpiece. During the working stroke, the tool (or workpiece) moves in one direction and completes the cutting; during the return stroke, the "cutting-off" is realized through the mechanical structure to avoid friction damage between the tool and the workpiece surface. At the same time, the workpiece (or tool) performs intermittent feed motion perpendicular to the main motion direction, and gradually forms the required processing surface through multiple reciprocating cutting. Taking plane processing as an example, the tool performs horizontal reciprocating motion, and the worktable drives the workpiece to feed slowly horizontally, and finally completes the cutting of the flat surface.
