Equipment Introductions
From the perspective of mechanical structure, the Slot grinder machine consists of four core functional modules:
Bed: As the core carrier of the whole machine frame, it integrates a precision transmission system that drives the movement of the ram to provide stable support for the operation of the whole machine;
Ram: A special slotting cutter is installed at the lower end, which performs vertical reciprocating motion under the servo drive. Cutting is performed during the downward phase, while the return phase maintains an empty stroke state to ensure safe separation of the tool and the workpiece;
Workbench: supports manual/automatic dual-mode control, and has multi-dimensional feeding capabilities in the horizontal, vertical and circumferential directions. When processing keyways, square holes, polygonal holes and other features, micron-level feeding accuracy is achieved through parametric control, effectively ensuring processing quality.
