Introduction

 

The large 5 axis machining's structural design focuses on high rigidity and stability: the bed, columns, crossbeam, and worktable are all made of high-quality cast iron and aged to eliminate internal stress. The bed's box-type rib supports, the "boot-shaped" design of the columns, and the "sun-shaped" internal ribs significantly enhance its resistance to bending and torsional forces. The X-axis worktable features a double-rib hollow structure for vibration resistance and is equipped with heavy-duty roller guides. The Y-axis employs three sets of orthogonal heavy-duty guides to ensure rigidity. The Z-axis's 400×400mm square ram is equipped with six sets of roller guides. Balance cylinders on both sides optimize dynamic response, and pre-stretched high-precision ball screws ensure precise machining during five-axis linkage.

The performance configuration is also very advanced: the spindle is equipped with a two-speed gearbox and a magnetic ring detection and positioning function, suitable for heavy-duty cutting; the centralized lubrication system realizes timed and quantitative oil supply, and the automatic cooling and coolant recovery system prolongs the equipment life; the semi-enclosed protection (stainless steel/accordion-style guard) + spiral chip conveyor + work area lighting and three-color status light take into account both operational safety and convenience.
